By downloading, installing, or using BillCalc ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
BillCalc is a billing and receipt-printing tool for small businesses, provided as-is for your own business record-keeping and printing convenience.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial use on your own mobile devices, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App, use it for any unlawful purpose, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it or its backend services.
The App shows ads on its Settings screens via Google AdMob, and uses Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) and, if you opt in, Google Drive for backup. See our Privacy Policy for details. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's own terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including lost business, lost data, or errors in bills or calculations. Since BillCalc is free to use, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is capped at the amount you paid for it — $0.
The App's name, design, and content (excluding your own data) belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by the platform (Google Play) terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes.
